Our clients have a cooling down period of 14 days during which time the client can return the product without stating the reason, as of the date of receipt of the product. After notifying us about returning the product, the client has 14 days to return the product. The product must be unused and, if possible, be returned in original packaging. For returning the order the return costs are at clients' expense. We will credit the amount within 14 days. Clients can use our contact form to notify us.
We shall reimburse all payments to the client, including any delivery costs charged by the operator for the returned product (if the entire order is returned), without delay, but within 14 days after the day on which the client notifies us of the withdrawal. Unless we offer to collect the product ourself, we may wait to return until we received the product or demonstrate to the client that the product is returned, whichever is the earlier. We use the same means of payment used by the client for reimbursement unless the client agrees to a different method. The repayment is free of charge for our clients. If the client has opted for a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, we do not have to reimburse the additional costs of the more expensive method.
